I purchased two sweaters at over $ 40 bucks each in March 2021. I returned both items 1 week later, only to be placed on hold for over 70 minutes each time I tried to reach out to the merchant. Finally out desperation I contacted the place an order department and was told " they could not tell me if my return had been received because they did not have access to that information" I asked to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold for over 10 more minutes then hung-up on. I will advise All of my friends and family not to do business with none of the companies in this joke of a business. They are totally unprofessional and they lie and cheat their customers.
