I ordered items on their clearance with an expected ship date of 7 to 10 days. My order was placed 5/6/21, therefore, it should have shipped by 5/16/21. The first part of my order arrived in early June. The last item (via email from Woman Within) was shipped on 6/4/21 with an expected delivery date of 6/12/21. I get emails saying it is in transit and then an email saying it is delayed and will arrive on 6/14/21. It did not arrived - I check the USPS tracking no. (which I did not get until 6/13). The item has not yet been received by USPS; they are awaiting receipt. I feel Woman Within has lied from the get go. I have spoken with so called Customer Service agents who do not know the first thing about customer service. The item was on final clearance - Why? Final clearance indicates you are clearing out old stock for new stock. You would not then, therefore, need to back order it! I feel the reason they put things on Final Clearance is their policy of not accepting returns or refunds for inferior products. A deceptive business practice, ergo, a lie. I have ordered from this company many times in the last 20 years. They have progressively gotten worse. What started out as a viable, reputable company has degenerated into something I no longer wish to have dealings with.
