In May I returned over $200 in merchandise and stipulated on their form, "Credit back to original method of payment, " in this case my credit card. I received a letter from Woman Within in June that they are issuing a Gift Card for my return. I called customer service in July and expressed that I want the credit to go on the credit card, never a gift card. They assured me it would be changed, and I'd see the credit in 3-5 days. Reviewed my statement for August and there is no credit. I called again, today Aug 27. I was told I would have the credit but I have to wait 15 days. Will I actually get the credit?? Remains to be seen. On top of everything else, It takes at least 2 months to receive an item that is ordered.
