Had an order with 3 items. It was broken into two shipments as the one item was shipped from a different location. Two of the items arrived but 1 got shipped to TX and was marked as delivered... I live in NY. I emailed the company and they told me to check with my neighbors for the package. So i called for help. Customer service told me to call fedex and ask them to change the address. Fedex wouldn't even talk to me as only the shipper can make that change. Called back and the guy was no help so i karen'd it and asked for the next level manager. He finally told me that I have to wait 20 days for it not to be delivered before i can get a refund. I have never had anything like this with other companies i order online from. It was horrible and so was the customer service. They tried multiple times to say i had put in the wrong address. I was lucky that i had multiple items in my shipment that did make it to me to prove i had the correct address at time of order. I will never order from them again.
