I have been a Woman Within customer for many years. Was very satisfied in the past, but in the last 2-3 years, they have changed. I always wore 2X shirts from them. Now I order 2X and they are either huge, or too small. So what size do I need to order? In 2021 I ordered Straight Leg Fine Line jeans, and I loved them. I just ordered the exact same jean, same catalog number and in the picture it shows exactly what I ordered in the past. But when I got them, they were not Straight Leg Fine Line jeans, they were wide from the thigh down. Still fit in the waist, but they are wide boot cut jeans. Them they won't refund any money spent, they credit your account so you have to buy more that is not what is advertised. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not ever buy from them again.
