Returning something to this company is very frustrating because they do not make the process easy. I had to call numerous times just to find out how to get a shipping label and also took too long to get a a credit for all the items that were returned. They kept sending me countless emails telling me that my return period had expired even though I had returned everything. And paying the bill isn’t any easier because they don’t put the the full account number on your bill even though they ask you to put your to put it on your check when you go to pay them.
