I ordered pants from their online store. Paid $23.83 USD. I never contacted them, and the pants never arrived. After a month of not shipping them, they refunded $17.84 to me. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING ON AN ITEM THAT DID NOT SHIP. Order Number: 40017141018 Order Date: 09/12/2020 They basically stole $5.99 from me. I wrote them through their website. After I clicked "send" it said "not sent." I tried to email them, the email bounced. Is this part of their business plan? I wonder if they figure "No one will try to hard to get $5.99." Them doing this is immoral. I am telling everyone I know not to use them.
