Ordered a small sheet measuring 7x12 inches, so simple. Yet they messed it up, I specified the edges to be taped, they didnt, I contacted them and they acknowledged their mistake and said they would send a replacement, after waiting 10 days no replacement I was forced to contact them again to chase it up, eventually arrived and was fine, but sad it took so long
