These people are a complete bunch of incompetent plonklers.
I ordered a product, when I was wondering where it was they told me it was still in the production line.
I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund TWICE and they purposely ignored my request.
Do not use them they are useless, money grabbers with zero customer service skills.
