This is the second time these people have messed my order up. The first time, they did send a replacement out and so I put it down to an honest mistake, so I decided to give them another chance and have ordered from them again. This second time though, they again sent pieces out that were the wrong thickness and cut incorrectly. I contacted them and was told I would receive a replacement within 3 to 7 days. 7 days seems poor tbh, to correct their mistake, but hey! After 8 days though nothing arrived so I emailed them again, asking for an urgent dispatch or a full refund. That was a few days ago now and I have heard nothing back from them. On top of that, the tracking information on their website isn’t working. Getting through to them by phone is hard work, and as I said, they are ignoring emails. Avoid!
