When order arrived (5 small pieces of MDF), 3 were the correct size, the other two were comically incorrect - 6 and 8 times the ordered dimensions! Even their order stated the total weight should have been 0.96kg, which you think would have triggered alarm bells when the package they sent was about 10 kg. Update: Got the same "your photos don't illustrate the problem" standard response that others have reported. Despite my photos having a tape measure in them. The MDF sheets they supplied are 600mm and 800mm despite my order being for 150mm pieces - total joke the pieces are comically large compared to those ordered, but they still are having difficulties understanding the problem.
