Ordered MDF wood sheets 6 weeks ago. It remained in packing for 2 weeks until I called asking when they would come. They arrived and one piece had been damaged slightly (probably in transit), the damage didn’t affect the project. One of the items was 3mm shorter than the other same sized piece of wood so the project had to be amended slightly. The rest of the wood is MDF and does what it’s meant to do so no prizes there. Most concerning were 2 missing items from the order. It’s been over a month since the order was received and despite numerous calls to wood sheets they haven’t sent it out. Customer service is next to useless saying it says it’s in packaging and they will email the warehouse to get it sent out. Another week passes and still not received. Apparently it will now be recut and sent. Still not received. The company seem to have little interest in the consumer and fulfilling the order. If I’d seen the amount of negative reviews on trust pilot I would never have ordered through this company. Because of the missing items, incorrect cutting, slight damage quality and awful customer service I would not recommend this company to anyone.
