I wouldn't consider using this company again and I would certainly advise others not to. Short story: I ordered my items on the 7th April, when they finally arrived on the 12th May the quality was terrible. Long story: Order placed 7th April Order initially received 16th April, however, it contained someone else's order and not mine. Order returned 17th April 21st April Woodsheets confirmed the returned items had been received and my order would be re-processed. No further communication until I chased them on 27th April. They were next to impossible to reach on the phone and finally replied by email on the 29th April saying the items would be completed in 3-7 working days and to allow another 4 working days for delivery. I chased them again on the 4th May when my email was bounced back, and again on the 6th. I had no response. My order finally turned up on the 12th May. The two identical items I ordered were supplied in different materials (hardwood ply and softwood ply) and there was a gouge out of one of them. Things do go wrong and I think a real measure of customer service is how well companies handle things when they do go wrong and in this instance I think it was quite poor and in particular the communication.
