New glass arrived quickly, and was well packaged for safety. My only issue is that I also ordered gasket replacements, but they were the wrong size. I'm not sure if I just ordered the wrong product but it was not specified in the product description about the width of the gasket material. It was too wide, so I had to buy additional gasket material at a local shop.
