“I'm posting this review because we are so happy with the customer service and quality of Woodstove! The local stove company we tried first basically blew us off and told us to look for auto glass and try to make sure it was safe for wood stoves! We watched the YouTube videos and ordered glass. Perfectly fitting glass came in just a couple of days. Installation instructions were clear. Now just in time for winter the stove looks amazing. Thank you for such great customer service and a very good product.”

“I ordered temperate glass for my fireplace which I had broke over a year ago. It’s very hard to find a company who cuts temperate glass to your needs. The owner, Mike, couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. He even talked to the person I am having install it. Highly recommend Woodstove Fireplaceglass. 5 stars!!”

“Glass was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. The "how to" video was excellent and made my D.I.Y. installation smooth. I had one question about renewing the seal, left a message and recieved almost immediate callbacks from the company. I had called another company for info whose phone message basically said "call someone else with your tech questions". So I did, customer service and support means something. Woodstove Fireplace Glass was great. Oh yeah, the local "experts" sales and sevice outfit that originally did the stove installation (fairly recent) told us the glass was no longer available, simple internet search proved them wrong.”

“Love the product but extremely disappointed on how it comes packaged when ordering 100' rolls! Website shows on a nice spool, however I receive it jammed in a boxed twisted and tangled or just loosely wrapped on a cheep cardboard tube jammed in a box!”

“This company is fine, they communicated and shipped quickly. However, the replacement switch I bought is the right one but has smaller leads than the original. This took a lot more effort to install and is the fault of the manufacturer.”
