Being asked for a review 5 years later is both good and bad. Good because I still have the glass and it is still holding the fire back from leaping into my living room and having it's way with me. The glass shape was good and it fit in with no troubles. The bad part of the company waiting 1800 days is I don't recall how the service and delivery were. I'm going with 5 stars overall because while I may not remember much, I do know they didn't make me feel bad about my purchase. I'll go with 8 stars on whether I would recommend them again because my memory ain't as good as it once was but I don't see any reason to not. Basically, if I am stupid enough to chop kindling in front of a $100 piece of glass again, I'd contact this company for a replacement.
