I intially ordered the wrong type of glass off of the website. The next day someone reached out to me to help correct my order because I guess they had a hunch I ordered the wrong product and then they sent the replacement glass the next day. The customer service on this was excellent and I'm happy to give Wood stove Fireplace glass my business again!
