I bought replacement glass for my fireplace insert over a year ago, and I have been very happy with the new glass. I had been having a problem with the old glass cracking. The very knowledgeable salesmen at Woodstove-Fireplaceglass correctly diagnosed my cleaning technique as the cause, and instructed me on a better cleaning technique. The new glass now has not cracked.
