Had what I needed. Online ordering was easy. Exactly the right dimensions I ordered. Shipped the same day. Arrived packed very well. Only negative is the cost of the item, which isn't Woodstove Fire Place Glass' fault. Ceramic glass is expensive. It would have been nice for them to throw in expedited shipping on a $500 order that I needed faster than the week it would have taken for standard shipping. But I get it.
