Glass was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. The "how to" video was excellent and made my D.I.Y. installation smooth. I had one question about renewing the seal, left a message and recieved almost immediate callbacks from the company. I had called another company for info whose phone message basically said "call someone else with your tech questions". So I did, customer service and support means something. Woodstove Fireplace Glass was great. Oh yeah, the local "experts" sales and sevice outfit that originally did the stove installation (fairly recent) told us the glass was no longer available, simple internet search proved them wrong.
