I have ordered from other companies in the UK (I live in US) and haven’t gotten my order for MONTHS, but this arrived within days! I first tried it without getting in the shower, for 3 minutes, just a test strip and it didn’t work, so I tried it over everything for the full 6 minutes, following the directions to get in the shower after the first minute. Everything came off! Keep in mind I have dark, coarse, curly hair. Other creams have never worked, so I was pleasantly surprised. No burning, tingling, or after effects, even though I have extremely sensitive skin. Love it!
