Like many other reviewers before me, I will say that the idea this works in 2-6 min is inaccurate. It's basically exactly the same as Nair, and takes more like 8-9 min. Even on very light arm hair, it didn't remove anything at 4 min. The smell is terrible, but that's the nature of the product. It is nice that it came with the soothing lotion, because after scrubbing to try to get hair off, I needed it. Shipping was very fast.
