Hi, I tried the hair removal cream as I have tried others before without much success and the write up looked like it was a sure winner.... However, still no joy! The hair did fall out in places but not entirely. However, the balm feels lovely and helped with shaving rash as I have had to return to this now... Shame as it did not come cheap! I did not return this item. But could if I knew how too
