Purchased a book from wob about a month ago - huge mistake! I received a completely different book to the one I ordered. I contacted them about it and they said I could either get a 30% refund or pay for it to be returned and maybe get a full refund. Not only does this go against consumer rights, but when I pointed this out to them, they continued to insist this is their policy. Will likely now have to go through a small claims court to get a refund, as I have no doubt that if I send the book back to them I'll only receive 30% of the value back.
