Ordered a 'very good' condition hardback - they sent a very tatty paperback. WOB's response was "All our listings state that the item picture is for illustrative purposes only, actual binding, cover or edition may vary."
So, it doesn't matter what you order, and pay for, WOB can send you any old rubbish they feel like. And they expect me to pay to return the tatty book I didn't order, and definitely don't want!
