The book i ordered on WOB was not the book i was delivered. When i contacted customer services i was told they cannot process a replacement as the transaction was done through a 3rd party seller.
This shows a gross lack of respect for the customer. I should not be expected to spend my own time returning an incorrect item due to the sellers incompetence, refund or not.
One customer down, i hope the £12 was worth it WOB team.
