Purchased 7 titles from their eBay store. Delivery was quick and items were well packaged. Unfortunately, they were contacted by Royal Mail informing them 2 of the books were irreparably damaged in transit. WoB contacted me immediately and as there were no more copies of those particular titles in stock they offered me the option of a full refund or my choice of alternative title(s). The new books were dispatched same day and I received extremely quickly and they refunded the price difference immediately into my paypal. They responded to my emails very promptly throughout my order process with them, they were really apologetic even though it was Royal Mail error and not their fault, and they more than fulfilled my expectations. I will always look to buy through them as a first port of call in the future. Each person I dealt with was super polite, professional and knowledgeable. Perfect continuity of service.
