Described book on order number 110643905 as being "Very Good", their highest tier, but it was unreadable due to huge amounts of pen marks and highlighting (which even the lowest tier 'Well Read' doesn't include). Reading reviews on review sites, it appears that this is not an isolated case of mis-description.
