This is a lovely company. Books are very reasonably priced, an excellent source of something which might be out of print. They arrive quickly.......unlike a book which I ordered from another well-known company......which failed to arrive and there was nothing to be done, as I was buying from a third party. I cannot understand those who give it one star ....... by definition, if you are buying used books, you might possibly be disappointed. Customer services are always available, friendly and will put it right. I once ordered a book which didn't turn up....... it was replaced without question. After some time another copy arrived so the original had been lost in the postal system somewhere, as sometimes happens. I have never been disappointed and frequently shop here.
