My initial dealings with World of Books were through EBay, and my search for specific Books. My most recent dealings however were direct with your Organisation. Irrespective of how I ordered and received books, the service that I received from World of Books was outstanding in every respect. From the initial enquiry, to the placing of the Order, to the regular updates in respect of the delivery status, to the actual delivery and finally to the follow-up given on receipt, your actions throughout were a model of exactly what Customer should be, and in your case, actually is about. Having now dealt with you direct, I would have no problem whatsoever in unequivocally recommending World of Books as the first point of call when looking for books, especially for those extremely difficult to source. I wish your Company every success for the future, and I am more than confident that you will go from strength to strength. However, having said that, the outstanding Customer Service that you currently give should be protected at all costs.
