My order was processed to my complete satisfaction, I paid the slightly extra charge for faster delivery, and my book arrived within two days. The book, described as in 'very good' condition, is in fact in perfect condition and, except for a faint ball-point number on the cover, assumedly made by the previous owner which is no problem for me, was in all respects as brand new! I am therefore totally pleased with the outcome, the more so considering I paid a lower price than it was originally sold for and the book is now no longer available from the publisher. My entire experience was therefore excellent.
