Terrible service.
I ordered two books that were supposed to be in 'very good condition'.
The first book arrived within a couple of days and was in poor condition. Lots of pages dog eared, passages of text underlined in ink, the book was generally scruffy, definitely not as indicated.
The second book still hasn't arrived and it is now 8 weeks to the day when I placed the order.
I have sent several e-mails but they haven't bothered to acknowledge my complaint let alone investigate it.
Phoning the company only lets you leave a voice message.
Terrible.
