Design process went well, Sharon llistened to what we wanted & was very helpful with suggestions. Delivery was on time & streefree. Everythign that was ordered was delivered - there was a slight confusion because no-one had explained that one of our white goods was coming directly from the supplier, rather than wrens, and they initially tried to deliver 2 weeks prior to instalation. The instalation team were hard working, punctual & competent. We had ordered a high gloss finish, during instalation a few of the door/drawer fronts were damaged. These were ordered by the fitter. Few hickups with Wren delivering the wrong items, a few areas of the kitchen that I would have liked to see different but overall a good quality, well built kitchen. I would have given 5 stars, however, customer service has often been very slow to reply if at all on serveral queries, there are samll bits that could have made the actual kitchen better. That said, I would & have reccomended using Wren to anyone looking for a kitcen.
