Had to store the flat packs for nearly two weeks before they were used - not ideal in a family house with a dog. Sold as a one week project - took two during which time we were without a cooker (see above). Fitters left freezer unplugged so lost food. Snagging is still not fixed despite fitters leaving beginning of August and further faults have developed. Replacement door has been propped against wall for weeks waiting on fitter. Refer a friend misrepresented and took complaint to resolve but after weeks of delay. Have referred complaint to Ombudsman. Paid in full so maybe that is where I went wrong - if I owed them money they might be bothered.

Want to throw away £35,000 and get nothing but frustration in return? Then head straight to the Leeds Crown Point store. My elderly parents, both in their mid-70s, chose Wren Kitchens for a ‘personalised’ service. The result? A kitchen that’s completely unusable for my mum, who can’t even reach the grill. The only part of the fridge she can access is the salad drawer. Perfect, if you’re planning to live off lettuce and never cook. What was supposed to be a ‘hassle-free’ experience turned into a complete disaster. The kitchen was meant to be fitted in two weeks, but it took four weeks. And for an extra two weeks, we were left with piles of rubbish stacked outside the house. Oh, and here’s the best part: after my parents moved out to try to speed up the process, the fitter left the front door wide open one Friday afternoon. Not just unlocked—wide open. If they hadn’t gone back to check on progress, the house would’ve been exposed all weekend! And as for customer service? Don’t bother. The Leeds Crown Point store did nothing to help us throughout this entire mess. It was passed off to their customer service team, who couldn’t care less. We’ve explained the same issue to four different people this week, and not a single one has been able to do anything about it. The so-called ‘manager’? Always ‘on the phone’ or ‘in a meeting.’ Honestly, the lack of care and incompetence is staggering. We’re absolutely disgusted by the way we’ve been treated. So, unless you enjoy wasting a small fortune on a kitchen that doesn’t work, leaving your house exposed, and getting absolutely no help from customer service, do yourself a favour: stay far away from Wren Kitchens, especially the Leeds Crown Point store. And if anyone from Wren actually cares about fixing this, feel free to get in touch—before we take our story to the press. The pictures of my mum on a stool trying to reach her grill really tell the story.

WORST EXPERIANCE OF MY LIFE WITH WREN!!. After ordering our dream kitchen having been promised the world by the sale team (who were great) & told in the show room our kitchen would be delivered on 11/11/24 or before we removed our old kitchen knocking our extension through with also booking all trades in preparation for the kitchen to be delivered/fitted. we have now just over a week out had a phone call from wren kitchens to try schedule delivery days later.... after trying to change dates for our fitter to find out they're extremely busy & couldn't possibly move our dates with the next availability after Christmas, we have explained this to wren who are refusing to deliver it on the days promised LEAVING ME, MY PARTER 2YEAR OLD & 5 MONTH YEAR OLD without a kitchen for Christmas. i have tried ringing the Carlisle branch which Scott the manager had assured me only days early that he had spoken with the directors of wren who were going to make sure our kitchen would be there on the dates previously promised, Scott will neither take or return my calls now & trying to get a resolution from head office is none existent even after offering to collect the kitchen myself!! only resolution been offered from wren is to give me contact numbers for other fitters which anyone knows you cant get a fitter that's worth there weight with less then a weeks notice!!!. after asking wren to cancel my order completely if they couldn't get my delivery on time as promised i was chuckled at down the phone saying you've signed a contract you cant cancel it. WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND PEOPLE TO AVOID WREN AT ALL COSTS! AS SOON AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY THE AFTERCARE IS NONE EXISITANT!!

Installer did a very good job but 2 doors were damaged that were never replaced and they said that the installer had never informed them of this so there was nothing they would do and signed it off themselves. Contacted wren about wear and tear showing on the counter tops less than 18 months after installation only to be told it was how we were cleaning it (I specifically asked this question before signing anything if there was any special cleaning required and was told no). Customer service are not interested in even coming to look for themselves, after reading the other reviews I'm not surprised. I did inform them I feel that there products are substandard and not fit for purpose if they can't stand up to everyday use. We had purchased from what they called the "luxury" range and the guarantee they boast about, I was informed only covers the life of the cabinets. Save your hard earned money people and go somewhere else. I have advised family and friends who have all bought kitchens since to go elsewhere where which they have and their kitchens appear to be much better quality! Disgraceful company

DON'T TRUST THEM Their surveyor came and measured up but he made mistakes. Since he's a professional and we're amateurs, we trusted that his measurements would be spot on. They offered us a measuring check which we declined, because we'd put our trust in Wren's "professionalism". Why send a professional to measure if you then need to send another professional to measure? Asking for a refund was declined by someone trained in a "don't listen, just stick to the script" school. Lots of glossy showrooms with smiley staff hide a ruthless, untrustworthy company that doesn't care about the customer.

Please please avoid this company. They give you the great buy in but the quality of the product and so many issues we have had is too long to put on here. Yes they resolve issues but the about if issues we had from day one of fitting, the patchy units and now peeling laminate as well as now the fridge and wine cooler is ridiculous. The stress and time dealing with all has been a lot! Do not go with this company, I wish I had listened to my builders and read reviews.

Absolutely disgusting company. After 3 years plastic coating was peeli g off and bubbling. Wren reluctantly replaced them assuring me it was a bad batch with bad adhesive. Sure enough the 2nd lot have now done exactly the same. Wren are no longer interested.

Do not go with wrens!! If I heard the complaints from the fitters before ordering my kitchen I would have not gone with them. From them over charging for their "own fitters", which they could not find when the kitchen was originally ment to be delivered, we then waited an extra month to find our own, then when we did get it delivered they only sent half our kitchen so the fitter we found couldn't start the next day, we were told they would send the rest out the same day.... And they didn't so 3 days without a kitchen we finally got the other half, only to find out that they haven't send any of the right attachments for the plumbing, they then said that they were correct (11 years making threads on nut n bolts, I can see that it doesn't!) the counter tops they measured up didn't fit in because they didn't take into account the shape of our kitchen (could have been solved by cutting the tops the same way the original ones were in) so we've had to remove tiles sockets and still left with a gap down the side in order for it to fit. So now a week without a working kitchen I'm dreading to find out what's going to go wrong next. I know this is a long winded review but take my advice go to anyone else, go to the junkie down the street who can get you a great deal because that will be less hassle than going to wrens

From ordering my new kitchen, with the help of Jamielea. To it actually being fitted was stress free. The young man incharge of the fitting, and everything. Was so passionate about him and his team making sure everything was fitted correctly, and was perfect. Lewis is his name, if I had any questions he was very helpful and always polite. As we're his team. Would highly recommend Wren,

Made it easy to choose cabinets ,etc because of large selection of complete kitchens. Installers: Wayne Carlino (install Pro) and staff provided great customer service! Thank you Wayne! Alba, kitchen designer at Massapequa location (Long Island) provided first-rate service, great patience, caring design ideas, and first rate sales dynamics. She is top-notch and heartily recommended by this customer. Honestly could not have done it without her first rate service!

After reading all the 1* negative write ups I guess we have dodged a huge bullet. The showroom experience was great and the sales pitch was encouraging. But after that, downhill. Cancelled survey twice, both on the day. To me that was a early warning. Read the reviews and cancelled the whole project.

Our kitchen was half pencil satin doors and drawers. As reported by several other reviewers on here, they stain badly and leave marks which are impossible to clean. We contacted Wren and eventually Customer Service, who turned out to be useless, accused us of not knowing how to clean doors! We have ours professionally cleaned weekly, and we are not stupid! I would love to know how your other reviewers got on, because i have hit a brick wall with Wren, and will have to go to the Ombudsman now.

Kitchen planner said that due to the location of my plug sockets the upstand would need to be cut out. I agreed and signed off the plans. The worktop templater arrived and said it was not possible and I have to move my sockets. I pointed out to the plannrr that as it was their error they should cover the cost of this. The have said no and told me to complain to customer services. They did not want to know and have told me to go back to the branch. I have now been left with a kitchen that looks unfinished. They are quick to take your money but dont want to help with any problems of their own making

We have found Wren Kitchens/Bedrooms very good at selling but the worst company we have ever dealt with for after sales help. Their so called help line is no help at all to anyone who is not able to use the Internet. We will not be using the company again after spending in excess of £15,000. Photos were sent by a Wren staff member as we were not able to do this ourselves. When being contacted asking for further photos we found it necessary to actually go into the showroom with the problem door which was a 50 mile round trip which we were told was unnecessary by your customer services.!!

We got a new halogen hob fitted as part of our new Wren kitchen. I gently wiped the surface of the hob with a damp cloth, and the corner of the hob broke off. There is a small gap underneath the edge of the hob, and it’s not been fitted hard against the worktop, which has left the edge of the hob vulnerable to breakage. I reported it to Wren kitchens and they are not taking any responsibility for this. So Wren are effectively admitting that their new kitchens are not able to withstand a gentle wipe with a damp cloth! I therefore obviously would not recommend Wren kitchens to anyone.

Everything! They should be Wren cupboards, they mislead customers to promise a kitchen, when all you get are cupboards. The less said the better, truly shocking when it came to getting a qualified and reputable fitter recommended by Wren Basingstoke.

Please , Please, stay FAR away from Wren kitchens. If you want broken panel's, snagged units, half of your work not being carried out (due to it being ‘supplementary’ work, - NOT TO OUR KNOWLEDGE!!!!) absolutely appalling fitter, who will text you ‘I don’t care if you sign the kitchen off’ and ‘if you’re going to be like that I won’t finish the kitchen’ & ‘head office won’t do anything about it’ (that’s not wrong!) then Wren is the place for you! As two young, first time buyers I can honestly say we have been swindled by this scam company. This company and their staff have caused us SO much financial distress , UPSET, have told us so many lies, refused to carry out ALOT of work and made us feel uncomfortable in our own home. Wren refuse to take any responsibility and ALL they care about is money. Our ‘fitter’, Ashley, tried to pressure my partner into signing a faulty kitchen off (after sending threatening and black mailing messages about not finishing our kitchen), saying it was ‘part of the process’ that we sign it off! thank god we didn’t, nor shall we be! He was scheduled to be at our home for 5 days fitting our kitchen, he wasn’t, so left us completely in the lurch having to pay excessive amounts for emergency trades people to come and finish the work. I’m battling with their concerns team who reply to 1 email a day (can’t talk on the phone due to being at work, Wren having already disrupted my work life enough having to take endless calls and deal with issues) , they have point blank told me ‘we’ll discuss compensation ONCE you sign the kitchen off’. I will not rest until they resolve every single aspect of my concerns. (4 weeks + of constant fighting, only outcome they have provided FINALLY is that they will pay for the emergency plumber who fitted our sink, which is just atrocious and not acceptable) Next step is the ombudsman as I’m not at all satisfied with their responses. I would urge anyone (as I know there’s many) in the same position to look into this option. (Ps debated posting this review as we have another fitter coming to fix a broken unit next week, in FEAR they will mess up the kitchen more! I will update this review should it go even more wrong) also , this is even HALF of it.

EVERYTHING! When we complained to Wren Kitchens they didn't even send anyone out to see the problems! They told us our 10 year Warranty was invalid as WE had not maintained the waterproof Seals at floor level! WE WERE NEVER TOLD WE HAD TO!!! If I had to fix ALL of the problems that Wren Kitchens left us with I would be paying out about £4,000 to do it! Even THEIR OWN WORKMEN complained they could not complete their work because of the BAD WORKMANSHIP! In my opinion AVOID THIS COMPANY ALTOGETHER. Don't say I didn't warn you!
