We had a very smooth transaction with Wren starting from the design and right through to the after sale customer service. All our requirements were listened to and catered for. The delivery was well within the 28 day period and the delivery drivers did an excellent job of navigating narrow alley ways to ensure that our kitchen was delivered securely. They were also very knowledgeable and took the time to go through our kitchen plan with us. We had an independent carpenter fit our kitchen, and he made comment on the quality of the kitchen compared to other independent retail kitchen suppliers. There was the need to have a few extra bits delivered and the customer service team were excellent in listening to our concerns and rectifying any minor snags at no extra cost.
