We loved our Wren kitchen experience, from start to finish. The designer(s) were friendly and useful, highlighting potential issues both positive & negative we probably wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. This enabled us to get the maximum out of our kitchen. What impressed me particularly was how I was kept upto date at all times via email of timescales, schedules for delivery etc. Also, living in the Outer Hebrides, can provide logistic challenges in getting large goods to us but overall this went very well and the minor bit of damage that occurred, was dealt with exceptionally quickly by the online re-order system and replacement turned up very promptly.
