From the first visit u til the last I can only say how well treated I was by every member of staff I came across. When it came down to me chatting with a representative about a new kitchen I can only say I was thrilled with the care I received. Then when the new kitchen was delivered I could see so much material I wondered how many kitchens I could get built!!! My builders worked well and we had no problems with the kitchen parts, everything we needed was sent to us and when one piece was discovered to have taken a knock Wrens immediately sent me a replacement so 24 hours later work was completed and I was left incredibly thrilled with the result. My new kitchen is even more than I could ever have hoped to have and now the final touches of decorating, flooring and lighting have been done I can only say welcome to my show kitchen!!!! It is wonderful, thank you one and all who helped me along my journey. I would have no problem with recommending Wrens to anyone and if they see my kitchen they would dream of having one just like it!!!!! Thank you so much to all the staff I dealt with along the way and especially a word of thanks to Lauren who guided me through the difficult choices I needed to make so as to stay within my budget. May I add how thrilled my husband is now the work is done and dusted. I will strongly tell anyone about to choose a new kitchen to seek out Wrens as they are brilliant. Sadly I will never need to have another new kitchen in my lifetime (now 71 years of age) but if I did ever want a new set up I would return to Wrens all day long. Good quality, good pricing and terrific staff both in store in Chester and whenever I spoke to anyone by telephone. I wish I could think of even more words of praise for all the staff and workmen.
