Being such a lot of money and being so important that we got it right the process has taken time but with lots of patience and advice from our kitchen designer Gabrielle we finally got the kitchen we love. We have been disappointed with the amount of items that were damaged and needed replacing more so tor the inconvenience of delaying the kitchen fitter and having to arrange someone being home for the many re-deliveries but wrens were quick to send replacements. We had a 2 month wait for one of our appliances that was not expected but again wrens accommodated to the delay and compensated us fairly for the inconvenience. We had some issues with the quartz window sills not fitting the space right but again the team worked with us to resolve the issue quickly and we are so happy with the final result .
