Kitchen fitted poorly. Several problems. Took them 3 months to finally fix the issues (after a lot of phone calls, emails and threats to sue).
They owe me a refund of £500 since August and it's Jan 2025 and still chasing the refund up as its not been paid.
Disgusting customer service once you leave the showroom.
DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM WREN YOU WILL MAKE THE BIGGEST FINANCIAL MISTAKE BUYING A KITCHEN FROM WREN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
