We found the visits to our local Wren showroom and the service we received to be very good. We amended our order several times and the staff were always very helpful and accommodating. Some of the deals we received, particularly the appliance package, also seemed to be good value. The delivery was on time as scheduled. We used an independent contractor to fit our kitchen which saved a great deal of money from Wren's quote and were very happy with the quality of his work. However, he did encounter some issues with the plans drawn up by Wren, as despite sending 2 specialist measuring teams we ended up having to 'build out' in certain areas to make everything fit and were also left with a set of drawers that cannot open fully, as they collide with the handles of our oven, something we would have expected to be picked up in the planning process! We have now been using the kitchen for three months and it looks very attractive with lots of compliments from guests, however internally some drawer bases have already started to 'warp' despite having very little weight in them. Overall it seems to be of good quality but I would neither recommend or advise against using Wren based on my own personal experiences.
