I decided to refit my kitchen and settled on a Wren kitchen as I was very impressed with the designs. The service i received from start to finish was A1. As with all orders of this type you are bound to find somethings are either wrong/missing or you just planned the layout wrong so need to alter it slightly, I did have some parts wrong and one of the glass side panels for the draw unit broke when I tried to remove it. I contacted customers service for a replacement part and explaned what happened (I did expect to pay for it) they were so very helpful and sent a replacement part FOC. During the fit out, I found i was also short of some parts but once again I could not fault customer service the parts were shipped for next day delivery. I have installed a few kitchens in my time, but i am very impress with the quality and build of the units and also service received. If i have to fit another kitchen i will certainly consider a Wren kitchen again.
