I am sorry to downgrad the score but this is the score I have sent to Which, I see nothing wrong with the showroom and sales side, the fitting of the worktop took to long, every thing with them was two weeks and then another two weeks and another two weeks, this was no delay as I was told by them they do everything by two week period.
Next a part was missing, the kitchen sink has two bowls therefore two sink drainages are required, I received only one, I reported this by phone twice, and by email twice and received little response except this part may take two months to arrive, do you really think that someome should wait two months for such a standard part, and I still have not received it so I have been to B & Q and purchased one.
My only advice to you is to ditch these parts of your company that are holding you back, I am afraid I cannot refer Wren to anyone I know and would prefer if you did not contact me again.
