When I was considering buying a kitchen I was unsure about using Wren kitchens. I read the reviews which were mixed especially regarding 'after care' and customer service once the kitchen had been purchased which concerned me. Having decided to visit my local store and see what they had to offer I can honestly say from the moment I walked through the door the customer service experience was 1st class. Everyone I had involvement with from the kitchen designer to the staff in customer services were professional, polite and a credit to Wren. As expected, I returned to the store on a number of occasions during the kitchen design phase and throughout the process the customer service was excellent. The quality of the units were very good and the packaging was substantial which limited any damage in transit. My builder who had never used Wren previously was very impressed with them as it made his life easier- the design plan was colour coded and easy to follow and all items arrived ( no bits missing). I did have cause to contact customer services regarding a couple of damaged items but the response was excellent. The staff I spoke with were helpful, polite and efficient and they ensured the items were replaced and delivered to the address at a convenient time and date for me. I have nothing but good things to say about my Wren experience. If you are unsure which company to use and read my review there is nothing to lose by visiting your local store.
