I was a little hesitant in using Wren for our Kitchen, as I'd heard mixed reviews, but thought there'd be no harm in looking. From walking into the showroom and throughout the whole process, the staff were always welcoming, polite and helpful. Our designer was excellent, making use of as much space as possible, and tweeking it here and there if we weren't happy with certain bits. The price was fantastic, with various payment options to suit all budgets. Delivery was discussed and they were able to deliver at a time suitable for us, as we both work, and regular updates were given on day by drivers. Whilst my kitchen was being fitted ( used our own fitter), he noticed that a part was damaged. Wren's customer service team didn't let me down either, the replacement part was sent out and received within 24hr. I personally can't fault the service we have received and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.
