The whole process of purchasing the kitchen was good. The planner was very helpful and knowledgeable and made recommendations so that we got the best kitchen possible within our budget. Communication from the warehouse regarding delivery was also very good and the kitchen was delivered when expected. The kitchen is well built and was well packed. There was a slight issue on delivery in that there was a small item missing and a very slight fault on one of the doors. A quick call to customer services though and both items were replaced without quibble.
