Quality of kitchen units is excellent and they were also very good about quickly sending replacements for damaged or missing parts as well as additional parts that we forgot to order such as drawer inserts. Installation instructions and plans with numbered units also make it easier for the fitter than other kitchen suppliers that just send all the bits and leave you to it. They had a good range of styles and colours and the price was very good in comparison to others (B&Q, Howdens, Wickes, etc) when ordered during a sale when compared to units of similar quality. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is that the design process could have been smoother. We had 4 different designers work on our kitchen and some small niggles with the layout/placement of certain units could maybe have been spotted at the design stage if a single designer that was aware of all the issues had been on it from the start. All in all, this is a minor gripe though and we are very happy with the final result.
