We are very happy with the overall result of our fabulous new Wren Kitchen and were very impressed with the customer service experience both instore and from our recommended installer, who was brilliant. However, we feel unable to give a five star rating as we were very unimpressed with the worktop company (J Rotherham's) who were difficult to contact by telephone and left several emails unanswered during the process. We had an almost five week delay of our worktop installation which was not acceptable and we felt let down by this part of the whole experience. Whilst we are now very happy with the kitchen and love the worktops, it was quite a stressful situation at the time.
