I had my Wren kitchen installed back in Feb/March and wrote a very positive review at the time so now is another review based on the last 8 months. Yes I am still really pleased with the quality, installation and post installation support. An LED under counter lighting strip failed and I contacted Wren who sent out a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. Super service. They offered to sent the installation fitter back to fit it but I said not to bother as I could fit it myself in 10 mins. I could not be more pleased with Wren and the quality of the kitchen but as I stressed in my previous review it is absolutely essential to get a top fitter otherwise it can go terribly wrong. I had Trevor Sonnex (the top guy in my area) and he did an absolutely superb job. His attention to detail and desire to do a perfect job is second to none. Ask your designer who is the top guy in your area and then book him (if you are in Trevor's area book him) and if you have to wait an extra couple of weeks to get the right person just wait, it will be worth it. Also after you have designed it (spend plenty of time doing this, we spent 3 hours) and gone hone review what you have requested and if it needs fine tuning just go back and get it perfect. They are happy to change anything. So there it it is great kitchen but you must get a great fitter.
