We have been extremely pleased with our decision to use Wren Kitchens. The Sales Service was very good (but our advice is to continually challenge and check the layout). The quotation is complicated due to the amount of varying components, it is important to check but even when we later found things written down, the Sales Team acknowledge that wasn't part of the discussions and the items were then included free of charge, and that was Wren decision and not our request. The post sales communication was excellent, and also the date and time of the delivery all as planned and scheduled. The Delivery Team were extremely helpful, taking all the items of the lorry, waiting for me to advise in which order I wanted them stacked (to suit the installation). Whilst I helped with the off loading, the Team couldn't do enough to ensure it was safely delivered, checked and I was happy. We suffered a bereavement in our family which set back our plans for the work at home, and the Sales Team just asked me to drop Customer Services an e-mail advising we hadn't checked the delivery due to the delayed installation, and immediately Wren doubled the 30 Day checking period. The quality of the delivered product was absolutely first class, well made and the items were all well packaged to limit and risk of potential damage. The units were of high quality, and the compenents fitted very well. I had one internal unit shelf that was 5mm too wide, everything else was perfect. I believe this is one of the best kitchen manufacturer to install, there was a wide selection of styles / colour options and the Sales Team were honest, even guiding the customer on the most effective "add-on" items like worktops and white goods. Not to divert away from Wren, but helping to explore the minefield of choices available. We received the full service from Wren and we found all the Staff and Departments extremely helpful, knowledgable about the product and were focused on us (the Client) being totally satisfied. Absolute 100% effort and service received. Thank you Wren Kitchens.
