I have had an exceptional experience with Wren Kitchens. We did call up B&Q first, immediately on the phone call we knew that B&Q would not suffice as the representative felt the need to tell us that 2 of the designers had been laid off and he was the only one available, this his time was limited for slots. Upon meeting him it was clear that he was not able to visualize what we wanted for the kitchen and just kept getting excited that they could offer us a spice rack, in fact at one time he offered us 2! With an appointment with Wren at the house, they sent out a designer to measure up the room. Since we were having an extension built with a wall being removed and this new space would connect with the kitchen requiring a breakfast bar, we become anxious about the accuracy of the length and width. Yet, the designer was thorough in his measurements. At the showroom Saied took us through the process of designing the kitchen, he was meticulous to our needs and budget. Due to having years of experience in designing, he constructed the ideal kitchen on paper and provided us with a 3D virtual reality video to download later. We were even provided with a sketch of the kitchen to show to the kitchen fitter prior to approving the kitchen which we did the following day. Delivery of goods arrived on the exact day and a map of the kitchen provided a few days before with a big label asking to give to the fitter. Fitters were impressed with the map as it allowed them to fit the kitchen exactly to specification. I had spoken to customer services a few times with queries and got nothing but great customer services. All in all a fantastic experience
